By accessing or using WallFit, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
WallFit is a mobile application that allows users to visualize artwork and patterns on their walls using AI technology. The service includes:
Uploading or capturing room photos
Uploading art/pattern images
AI-powered visualization generation
AI room generation feature
Saving and sharing generated images
3. User Accounts and Credits
Free users receive 2 visualization credits
Additional credits can be obtained through subscription plans
Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable
Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period
4. Subscription Terms
Important: Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use WallFit to:
Upload illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
Violate any intellectual property rights
Attempt to bypass credit limitations or abuse the service
Reverse engineer or modify the application
Use the service for any unlawful purpose
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of images you upload
You grant us a limited license to process your images for visualization purposes only
Generated visualizations are for personal use
WallFit and its original content remain our exclusive property
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
WallFit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Visualizations will be 100% accurate representations
Results will meet your specific requirements
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WallFit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
9. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We may also modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
